All items are disposed of in a green manner, either to responsible licensed waste transfer stations or charity venues and recycling plants.
We offset our costs against any valuable items to be cleared.
We can provide a probate / house contents valuation service by one of our experienced and sympathitic team members.

How does it work?
You call us or fill out the small form opposite and we will email you a date and time for a team member to call round and evaluate what needs to be done. Later that day we aill send you an email quotation.
What does it cost?:
Certain factors influence the cost / quote, these are:
The labour required to clear the items (and how many loads).
The cost to dispose of the items to be cleared.
The offset of any valuable items to be cleared.
If there is considerable value in the items to be cleared, eg: antique furniture or works of art, we will make you an offer or advise you on how best to sell them.
If we do buy the items from you the agreed price is offset against the costs of the clearance of the remaining items and this will determin the final price. This can mean that in some cases a customer can end up paying nothing for the clearance at all.
If you do not wish to sell to us we will gladly transport your items to the buyer or auction house as required.
